Soup with those garlic rolls…
Yeah, I said that correctly. Trust me, the garlic rolls are so good you will be having soup with your garlic rolls instead of garlic rolls with your soup!
This tomato soup is one of my favorite recipes that I make over and over again through the year. Since it uses fresh tomatoes, tomato season is the best time to make it. But, on a hot summer day it’s sometimes hard to sit in front of a bowl of hot soup. So, save it for those cooler rainy summer days. Or, if where you live is anything like where I live…save it for those cold summer days.
