   These look really interesting! I just saw a guy on the Food Network make cookies using a beer reduction. I might have to try this since it might be the only cookie my husband will eat. He loves beer and hates sweets!

   To be sincere I’m not the genius. The recipe was in an italian magazine. I was genius to discover it one year after the publication
