wow…i never knew there could be a difference! i might actually employ this technique the next time i bake–but i usually make cookies on the spur of the moment, so i’ll have to do some planning. thanks for having the patience to do this and post your results! found you through stumble upon.

I admire your patience baking the cookies every 12 hours! I also did the experiment, but only baked them at 0 hours and then at 41h! I agree with the cookie dough torture in the fridge!

Oh my goodness! I have been in search for the best cookie recipe for AGES! And this post explains alot!! GREAT JOB-especially in resisting baking a batch of cookies for 24 hrs!
