I decided to go out on a limb the other day and try something out of my comfort zone – working with curry paste.
In the past I have had the pleasure of tasting a green curry for the first time – wow was it spicy!! So, I was a bit worried these burgers would be too spicy for my son to eat…boy was I wrong! He loved them. We liked them too.
I came across the recipe here. However, they have a yogurt-based sauce recipe that we tried and were very disappointed by. I also meant to make the mango chutney that they recommend, but I go so caught-up in getting ready for our trip to the US that the mangoes turned into a delicious sorbet.
I know…this is not exactly a burger on a bun. I ran out of bread and decided to enjoy it over a bed of rice.
