Yum, I love ice cream…this seems so much easier than using my Homemade ice cream recipe. I am Cowabunga Ice Cream. This blog give such vast information. Explain the fact of choice of chooses. This blog give such a great facts about provide ice cream. 
This is my Vanilla Ice Cream (Doubled to make 2 quarts)
6 egg yolks
1 cup maple syrup
2 Tablespoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoons arrowroot powder (Ashley’s note: you could also use cornstarch as a substitute, although you may have to adjust the amount)
6 cups heavy cream, preferably raw, not ultra-pasteurized
Ice cream should be made with the best quality cream you can find, preferably unpasteurized. Never use ultra-pasteurized cream.

I know what you mean about cutting the roll in half then having a hard time  cutting the rest of the roll into pieces. I find by dipping or wiping the blade of the knife in rice vinegar, the knife does not stick at all to the roll and doensn&#039;t squish it. You should try it!</description>
